In the past, he was Director at CUTS International and has handled several initiatives at the intersection of environmental, social and economic policy.

Aditya is a Founding Partner at NKR Law Offices and is based in New Delhi. He is the Arguing Counsel for the State of Jharkhand before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and has worked with several tech companies, especially tech companies in the gaming sector. He was a part of the "Crypto" challenge case before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

Amitabh is a child online safety expert, with 15 years of experience working in the field. He is a safety advisor to Meta, Byte Dance, Netflix, and other bigtech companies. He’s interested in AI, Content Moderation, Trust and Safety, Age Oriented ratings and reviews.

Anupam Kaul is a leading quality and standardization expert who has 40 years of multi-faceted experience in diverse quality related disciplines. He was a Director at the Bureau of Indian Standards and is the Principal Counsellor (TQM) for CII. He advises government and industry on strategic policy issues that link standards to business and trade.

Dr. Manish Tiwari is Director, IGPP, a think tank working for policy advocacy in the field tech and society, public health and democracy and technology. He is also Co-Founder of Wranga, a digital parenting start up working to create safe digital ecosystems for children. His recent work focuses on AI and tech policy; elections and media campaigns and public health advocacy.

Manhar Garegrat is the co-founder of Panthera Web3 Wallet Suite, a Web 3.0 wallet infra company that aims to solve wallet & asset custody challenges for businesses in a secure & compliant manner. He was a board member at CoinDCX, and has represented the VDA industry in many policy and regulatory efforts with the government.

Megha is a principal at Treemouse, a strategic design consultancy, she heads the emerging technology vertical that focuses on simplifying adoption trajectories for novel concepts through people-focused evidence based outcomes.

Meghna is a lawyer with deep experience in media and emerging technology. Previously, she worked on legal and policy strategy at the Walt Disney Company. Before Disney, she set up and led the India office for Consensys, the world’s largest blockchain technology company. She is also a Fellow at the Esya Centre, New Delhi.

Mohit is a Fellow at the Esya Centre, a technology policy think tank. He primarily works on the regulation of emerging technologies, with a focus on digital assets and immersive technology. Other focus areas include antitrust in digital markets and internet governance.

Neeraj Doddamane is the Chief Strategy Officer at ShikshaLokam, an NGO enabling and amplifying leadership development opportunities for individuals and institutions engaged in K-12 education systems in India. Neeraj leads the organisation’s national programs and key strategic initiatives across teams. Since 2018, he leads the education initiatives of the Bengaluru Hub.

Sameer Boray is a licensed lawyer in India and an international public policy professional in the emerging and internet technologies space. Currently, Sameer is the Policy Manager for Trust Data and Technology at the Information Technology Industry Council in Washington, D.C., where he works on platform policy, data protection, AI policy, and cybersecurity policy.

Vakasha Sachdev is the Government Affairs and Policy lead in India for Logically - a startup which specialises in using AI to combat mis/disinformation. A dual-qualified lawyer, he worked at law firms in London and Bengaluru, and was Associate Editor (Legal) at The Quint for five years.

Varun is a lawyer who focuses on regulations relating to information technology. He analyses the role of regulation in fostering the growth of converging digital infrastructure and service industries.

Vrinda handles the Secretariat at ETF. She has worked at the intersection of technology, law and policy over the last decade. She holds a BA, LLB. (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore and a MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
